Maintenance Supervisor - J238
As the Maintenance supervisor you will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance technicians and ensuring the proper maintenance, repair, and upkeep of our CNC machines.
You will play a crucial role in maximizing machine efficiency, minimizing downtime, and maintaining a safe working environment for our employees.
Duties:

Supervision:
Lead, train, and supervise a team of CNC maintenance technicians, providing guidance, scheduling, and performance feedback.
Preventive Maintenance:
Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program for CNC machines to minimize downtime and maximize machine longevity.
Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in CNC machinery.
Repairs:
Perform or oversee major and minor repairs on CNC machines, ensuring quick and efficient resolution of issues.
Parts Management:
Manage the inventory of spare parts and coordinate procurement as needed to maintain adequate supplies for repairs and maintenance.
Safety Compliance:
Ensure that all maintenance activities adhere to safety guidelines and regulations.
Promote a culture of safety within the maintenance team.
Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including repair history, parts usage, and maintenance schedules.
Machine Upgrades:
Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to identify and implement machine upgrades or modifications to enhance performance.
Budget Management:
Assist in developing and managing the maintenance budget, controlling costs, and optimizing resources.
Vendor Relations:
Coordinate with external service providers and vendors for specialized maintenance and repairs when necessary.
Training:
Develop and implement training programs for maintenance technicians to ensure they stay up to-date with the latest technology and best practices
Qualifications:
o5 years of experience in CNC machinery maintenance.
oProficiency in troubleshooting and repairing CNC machines, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
oPrior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
oStrong understanding of safety regulations and practices.
oExcellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
oAbility to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
oKnowledge of CNC programming and machine tool controls is a plus.
oStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
oHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in a related field is advantageous.
